If Something's Not Right, Tell Us
Speak to a member of staff or their manager, make a formal written complaint, or request our complaint form. We'll acknowledge your complaint within three working days, investigate thoroughly, and send a written response. If you're not satisfied, you can appeal. Complaint files are securely deleted six years after the case is closed.
