Our story
Who We Are
RichHealthcare and Recruitment Ltd is a Leeds-based care and staffing agency, owned and run by people with years of experience in the healthcare sector.
We provide care and support to individuals in their own homes, and supply healthcare staff to nursing homes, hospitals, residential facilities, and community services — including private institutions, local authorities, NHS trusts, and CCGs.
We're not just about filling shifts or ticking boxes. When you treat people well, everyone benefits.
